2. Prefabricated pile foundation

Precast piles are all kinds of materials and forms of piles (such as wooden piles, concrete square piles, prestressed concrete pipe piles, steel piles, etc.) made in factories or construction sites, which are driven, pressed or shaken into the earth by pile driving equipment. Precast concrete pile and steel pile are mainly used in construction field in China.

Features: Batch production, fast construction speed, construction does not exist filling, only simple field leveling. Introduction: Using pile driver to drive C-section steel, H-section steel or other structural steel directly into the ground, this installation method is very simple, but the tensile performance is poor.

Features: fast speed, strong adaptability; High cost performance; Not subject to seasonal temperature and other restrictions; It is convenient to remove the ground pile and does not affect the reuse of the installation site.

Scope of application: it is very difficult to drive piles in hard soil areas; It is easy to galvanize the pile in the area with more gravel; The corrosion resistance is poor in saline-alkali area.

4. Screw ground pile

Introduction: Since the 1880s, as an alternative pile type screw pile with unique advantages, it has been widely used in America, Australia, Europe and other countries, which can meet various engineering requirements such as compressive resistance, tensile resistance and horizontal force resistance.

Characteristics: a spiral blade column pipe pile or pile of metal or nonmetal material, using special equipment for rotary screw into the ground, pile cap connection load, its advantage is construction convenient, greatly shorten the construction cycle, friendly to the environment, environmental protection, no vegetation, can be in all kinds of weather conditions, including the northern winter, can easily migrate and recycling.

Scope of application: Gobi, rocky mountain, grassland, beach, desert, etc.
