Summary of common problems of distributed photovoltaic power generation! 1. If the power grid is cut off, can PV still be used? When there is sun during the day, the photovoltaic system can generate electricity, even if the power grid is cut off. It can't be used at night without the sun, unless there is a battery. 2. Will there be insufficient power in winter when it is cold? The direct impact on the power generation is the radiation intensity, the duration of sunshine and the working temperature of the solar cell module. In winter, the radiation intensity will be weak, the sunshine duration will be short, and the power generation will be less than in summer. Home photovoltaic systems are generally connected to the grid. As long as there is electricity in the grid, there will be no shortage of power and power outages. 3. How to clean photovoltaic modules? Rainwater can be cleaned without special maintenance. If you encounter adhesive dirt, simply wipe it. Is it necessary to disconnect the photovoltaic power generation system in thunderstorm weather? In order to ensure safety, it is recommended to disconnect the circuit breaker switch of the combiner box, cut off the circuit connection with the photovoltaic modules, and avoid the direct lightning strike that cannot be removed by the lightning protection module. There are generally no conditions for home installation, and you need to fill in the application form at the power grid business hall. Installation requires professional knowledge. It is recommended to find a professional manufacturer for installation. The power grid has equipment qualification requirements, which may not be obtained by individuals. 13. Why hasn't household photovoltaic power generation been popularized yet? Large-scale centralized power stations have been under construction, because large-scale ground is required, mostly in the sparsely populated western regions. Distributed power stations such as home photovoltaics are currently being promoted for civilian use and will receive greater policy support in the future. Due to the problems of policies, procedures and initial investment, the time in China is still short, the public acceptance is low, and the future development space is huge.


1) Lightweight structural steel supports.

①Light structural steel supports mainly refer to round steel, small angle steel and thin-walled steel. Among them, when the angle steel is used as a support member, the strength of the steel can be better utilized, and it is beneficial to the installation of the whole bracket, but when it is used as a bending and compression member, the resulting deformation is relatively large. At present, compared with the solar cell phalanx bracket, there are not many optional models of the national standard angle steel, so more small angle steel models are needed to adapt to the rapidly developing solar photovoltaic power generation market.


② The purlin members of thin-walled steel generally use thin steel plates with a wall thickness of 1.5 to 5 mm, which are cold-formed or cold-rolled into thin-walled steel products of various cross-sectional forms and sizes. Compared with hot-rolled section steel, under the condition of the same cross-sectional area, the radius of gyration of thin-walled section steel can be increased by 50-60%, and the moment of inertia and resistance moment of the section can be increased by 0.5-3 times, so the material can be used more reasonably. However, since most of the thin-walled steel is processed in the factory, high-precision drilling is required to match the screw holes behind the solar panel.


After the drill button is processed in the factory, it can be hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust. When transported to the site for installation, due to the small section of the steel, the tools are difficult to operate, and the construction is more difficult. At present, most solar panels in China cannot be directly connected and installed with thin-walled steel, and other auxiliary fixing structures (such as pressing blocks, etc.) are required.


Lightweight structural steel solar brackets have two connection methods: welding and assembly:

①Welding method. The welding method does not have high requirements for the angle steel, the cost of this connection method is not high, the connection effect is good, it is relatively firm, and the scope of use is also very common. The welding connection method is not very beautiful, and the process is slightly rough, which does not meet people's aesthetic needs. This connection method is prone to corrosion and high after-sales maintenance costs.

②Assembly method. The assembly method is connected by means of hinges. The channel-shaped steel finished bracket is a kind of splicing bracket. It does not need welding on site. It can be assembled directly by bolts on the site. , easy to disassemble.


2) Ordinary steel structure steel bracket.

Ordinary structural steel is often made of carbon structural steel or low-alloy steel, which is easy to smelt and low in cost.


There are also various processing methods for ordinary section steel structural steel brackets. Among them, welded section steel is made of steel plates with different thicknesses, and formed steel is welded and processed in the factory according to the design requirements. This forming method can be calculated according to the force of different structural parts of the photovoltaic project. The use of steel plates with different thicknesses in different parts is more reasonable than hot-rolled one-time forming products, more suitable for on-site installation, and can also save steel.
