●Hot dipped galvanized C Profiles are widely used in the structural steel structures of the wall beams, suitable for the combination of the ground park and the support part of the solar park. 

●We can do average 70μm~120μm (standard EN1461) for hot dipped galvanizing. The higher zinc layer can make sure the steel products has strong anti-rust ability. It can be used for 30~ 50 years.

●The raw materials use POSMAC, Nippon Steel, domestic materials normally use Rizhao Steel, HBIS, JISCO Steel and SHOUGANG Group, the original material brands are selected according to the requirements of different countries and customers. Common material selection standard is SS355JR.

The above picture show the normal size and the tolerance we can do. But if you have any special requirements, we can do as customer's request. We have our own QC team to do the solar panel roof mounting brackets inspection according to our customer's requirements. The black c channel steel is made by cold bending, which use the automatic machine shape into the size as customer's requests. 

Punching of holes for black c profile:

Each black c section purlins will be punched for the holes as customer's request. We do use the mould to keep the tolerance. After punching, the first insepction will be proceed.

We do labelling each bundle of black c purlin to keep the same coil number and heat number together, which can keep the traceability. And also we will paint each bundle with the coil number and heat number. Or stamp as customer's request.

Packing & Reinforcement:

-  Certain quantity to each bundle as per customer’s request.

-  Each package is fastened with straps.  The strips are strong enough to guarantee that the package is fixed.

- Wooden blocks: all solid wood used for packaging (including wooden pallets) and /or stowage is treated (heat treatment or fumigation) in accordance with international standard NIMF15 IPPC).
