Therefore, in the design, the support base should be arranged not perpendicular to the drainage direction, so as not to hinder the drainage of roof rainwater. In addition, when the photovoltaic system is installed by directly placing the bracket base on the existing roof during construction, the base is not related to the structural layer of the original roof. For existing buildings with concrete flat roof or villa concrete sloping roof (overlying tiles), the roof structure should be confirmed first. When connecting the photovoltaic module base to the structural layer, the surrounding metal embedded parts on the top of the base are waterproof and thin links. If the treatment is improper, the rainwater will easily seep from the bolts of the embedded parts to the structural layer, causing corrosion to the stressed steel bars of the structural layer. , which constitutes a safety hazard. Therefore, when setting the photovoltaic module base, the waterproof layer should be laid on the upper part of the base and the metal embedded parts, and sealing treatment should be done around the anchor bolts, and the waterproof layer should be filled with waterproof sealant to prevent rainwater seepage. In addition to the way, an additional waterproof layer should be added at the lower part of the base. Even if the top of the base leaks, the rainwater will not reach the structural layer.

2. Waterproof of color steel tile photovoltaic support device

For the color steel tile roof, the steel structure of the photovoltaic system needs to penetrate the original waterproof layer and the profiled steel plate, and be fixed on the main steel structure of the building; then refer to the waterproof method of the color steel tile roof, and stop the steam insulation, heat preservation and waterproofing. dispose of. The focus of construction is to remove rust, seal, and apply waterproof paint to the base and periphery.


For some leaks on the color steel tile roof, high-quality neutral weather-resistant sealant should be used to block them; for some color steel plates with serious corrosion, they need to be replaced before installing photovoltaic modules.
